All guest payments will be coordinated and paid to property owners within 24 hours after guest check out.
Guest Greeting/Key Delivery
All the guests will experience a seamless arrival, check in and key delivery.
It is also our job to provide a concierge service making sure an astonishing guest experience.
Our cleaning team will tidily clean and shine immediately after the guest check out to make property ready for the next guest. If any repairs are needed to be done, we will coordinate repair following property owner approval and charge guest as appropriate.
As the guest checks out, we will conduct an extensive inventory check to ensure all items are accounted for. It will also be our responsibility to restock all items covered in the initial inventory assessment.
The owner of each property will receive a quarterly report including property profit/loss, guest experience and ratings review, operational opportunities and recommendations.
